MedicalXpress reports the World Cancer Research Fund finds that 30 to 50% of cancer cases are preventable, highlighting a focus on stopping cancer before it can develop.  In a recent research effort, Xiang-Dong Wang, a senior scientist and associated director of the USDA Human Research Center on Aging at Tufts, studies how food can help potentially prevent cancer.
