The Santa Barbara Breast Care Alliance (SBBCA), a collaborative group of breast care experts working seamlessly together to offer comprehensive and compassionate care for those with breast health concerns, recently entered its tenth year as a breast care Center of Excellence as the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) granted SBBCA another three-year full accreditation.

Its “without walls” program was first certified in 2010 and was reaccredited in 2013 and 2016. This recognition is provided only after a rigorous evaluation process, including an on-site review of performance to ensure high standards in leadership, clinical management, research, patient supportive care, professional education, and quality.
