Taiwan Provider Shares Expertise with Peers in Thailand

Changhua Christian Hospital seeks to share the medical expertise, personnel and technological advantages of Taiwan’s health care system with Thailand. The Ministry of Health and Welfare of Taiwan announced a “one country, one hospital” policy in a recent press release. Each of six Taiwanese hospitals has been charged with running a medical center in one of six countries in South or Southeast Asia including India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia.

Changhua Christian Hospital will focus on Thailand. They began a collaboration in 2010. They have been involved ongoing with various support including ongoing knowledge transfer. Changhua Christian will take part in Medical Fair Thailand 2019 this September.
