Flávio Cadegiani is a board certified endocrinologist with Ph.D. in Clinical Endocrinology. His areas of expertise include adrenal disorders, obesity, endocrinology of physical activity and fatigue-related conditions. He focused his studies on fatigue-related conditions, in particular a systematic review in which he debunked the existence of a pseudo-disease termed as 'adrenal fatigue', and conducted one of the largest studies on Sports Endocrinology, named 'Endocrine and Metabolic Responses on Overtraining Syndrome (EROS) Study', with a book recently published by Springer Nature.
