Newport-Mesa Audiology Balance & Ear Institute represents one of the country’s leading practices for the research, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with vestibular dysfunction—the primary cause of dizziness, vertigo and balance disorders. Additionally, they offer a full spectrum of solutions to enhance hearing health, including adult and pediatric hearing loss evaluation, advanced hearing devices and tinnitus treatment.  Since inception in 1977 they have treated over 50,000 patients.

They recently hired Mark Gordon as Associate Director of Clinical Research—the mission: to expand scientific research surrounding vestibular audiology to continue to improve the development and implementation of the most clinically advanced approaches to diagnosing and treating vestibular dysfunction.  The institute has trademarked a proprietary Advanced Vestibular Treatment™ (AVT).  Approximately 69 million American have experienced some form of vestibular disorder.
