Frontiers, the open science publisher and platform, introduced a new COVID-19 portal to help researchers connect and find studies and funding sources. Updated daily, the site lists funding, including grants with deadlines, grant type, and sponsor. Sources include government, industry, and non-profits.
Known as the Coronavirus Knowledge Hub, the site includes COVID-19 research, reported Frontiers.
Founded in 2007 in Switzerland, Frontiers is an academic publisher of peer-reviewed open access scientific journals focusing on science, technology, and medicine. The founding group included neuroscientists such as Henry and Kamila Markham. They now have a handful of offices in Europe and America.
