The Philippine government is taking a tough position with French pharmaceutical company Sanofi.  The commercial sponsor disclosed its Dengvaxia short could have severe adverse reactions if given to patients without a previous infection. The 127-page resolution outlines allegations of “reckless imprudence resulting to homicide” linking the vaccines rollout which officials say led to the death of 10 children.  Philippine prosecutors are focusing on Sanofi officials as well as a range of government administrators.
